Everything the top-performing clinics took years to figure out — advanced protocols, marketing, and patient flow — compressed into one weekend.
The StemWave® Summit brings the fastest-growing clinics in America under one roof to sharpen protocols and share what's working today, along with what's ahead. Built for the providers setting a new standard in care.
The settings, the sequencing, the applications: the exact protocols the highest-performing clinics run, demonstrated live. Go deeper than you have, and pull more out of the unit you already own.
How the top clinics hire, train, and delegate, so the practice runs to your standard without you in every room. The team and systems that let you lead like a CEO while the clinical day runs itself.
How the top providers price their care plans, market their clinics, and add upwards of $25,000 to $50,000 a month.*
Three tracks. Follow one end to end, or move between them.
See where StemWave® is taking focused acoustic wave technology next, and exactly what it means for the care you deliver in 2027.
Leave with advanced techniques and protocols you can run Monday morning to elevate care for the patients you already see.
Top MDs, PTs, and DCs show how they stack StemWave® with the services you already offer, so every patient gets more complete care and every visit is worth more.
The daily habits behind the top 1% of clinics, and how to build them into your week starting the day you get home.
How top owners hire, delegate, and lead like a CEO, so the practice grows past seven figures without you in every room.
Learn the most advanced, up-to-date, and proven marketing systems found through $10M+ in ad spend.
The exact consult flow top clinics use to turn 70 to 80% of mapping sessions into full care plans, with no hard selling.*
Bring your hardest questions. Our highest-performing providers answer them live, so you go home with answers, not notes.
In three days, the top-performing clinics in the community open exactly how they deliver care and scale: the protocols, the pricing, the practice model. In person, for the first time.
Years in development. You'll be first to see it, and first to put your hands on it.
Seats are limited and first come, first served.
The StemWave® Summit brings the fastest-growing clinics in America under one roof to sharpen protocols and share what's working today, along with what's ahead. Within 3 days, you’ll have everything you need to make 2027 a breakout year for your clinic.
The top-performing StemWave clinicians in the country, along with our full clinical advisory team. You'll be learning from them directly and sitting next to peers running the same device you are, at a level most owners only hear about secondhand.
Both. We’ll have sessions that go deep on advanced protocols and elevating care. However, we’ll also have training that focuses more on growth and scaling StemWave into a 6-7 figure service line. Breakout sessions and clinical panels are built into the agenda so you can get tailored advice based on your specialty and goals.
Yes. There's a next era of StemWave coming, and we'll give the room a first look at where it's headed. But that's a small part of the three-day event.
December 3-5, 2026. However, we recommend flying out on the 3rd and staying till the 6th, as the 4th-5th will be two full days of education and training. The event will be held at The Omni Fort Lauderdale, about three miles from FLL. If something comes up before the event, reach out to our team directly, and we’ll help you work it out.
All sessions across the three days, the full demo floor, every breakout room, the rooftop welcome reception, the farewell brunch, and food/beverage in between. Travel and hotel are separate, and a discounted group rate is available. Plus, your ticket purchase can be credited toward any merchandise purchased at the event.
We want every attendee to walk out with advice and coaching built around their actual practice, not a generic seminar. That only works with a small room, which is why we're capping this at 300 seats total. Early-bird pricing ends October 1st. Once those 300 seats are gone, they're gone.
